Do you ship worldwide? Yes we do!
Where do you ship from? We ship from our warehouses in US, Europe and Asia.
Can I cancel my order? We aim to process orders as fast as possible, you must request any changes/cancelations within 12hrs of ordering. All requests after this time will be denied. Your order can be returned for a full refund after it has been received.
What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.
When will my order be processed? All orders are handled and shipped from our warehouses. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sales seasons. We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed between 3-5 business days from the order date and shipped and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note we do not ship on weekends.
How long will it take to receive my order? Once you place your order , please allow 3-5 days to process your order. After that it will take 2-4 weeks for delivery
What if I don't receive my order? If you do not receive your order within 60days you are eligible for a full refund.
